A 3–Day Spiritual Retreat in Colorado
Join us for a retreat in our home state of Colorado. This weekend retreat will center on courage, fortitude, compassion, love, and honesty. Get to know yourself and co-create beauty.

This retreat is designed for those seeking to release old patterns, cultivate inner strength, and reconnect with their true selves in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in transformative practices such as sound baths, breath work, body movement, and creative expression activities.
Our retreat's craft meals are intentionally aligned with the retreat's intentions and are an essential part of the overall experience. We incorporate energy-releasing techniques into our meals to promote participants' well-being, recognizing that food nourishes both the body and the mind.
Limited to only 10 participants, this intimate retreat offers personalized attention and meaningful connections among attendees.
Participants are encouraged to bring comfortable clothing, a journal, and an open heart as they embark on this journey of self-discovery and renewal amidst the breathtaking beauty of Colorado's natural landscapes.

I've always had a deep relationship with a very simple question "what does it mean to be alive"? I've explored this question in multiple arenas of my life and that led me down some beautiful and some dark paths.
It wasn't until I found my way back home to my indigenous ancestry and those original ceremonies that I found the pathway that brought the most clarity. It was through a massive panic attack followed by a deep dedication to radical honesty that I found my way home. I spent the last 10 years with my elders learning and unlearning what it means to be human.
